Squash and Poblano Gratin

This cheesy, creamy, mildly spicy gratin will put some pep into your holiday buffet. When I ate my first bite of it, I swooned and wanted to eat the entire pan. It will make appearances besides the holiday table. It’s marvelous alongside beef tenderloin or roast chicken.
