Ham, Cheddar and Green Chile Strata

I love these recipes that are prepped ahead of time.  They are perfect for holidays, weekend guests and potlucks.  This strata is one I use frequently for lake weekends and brunches.  Here I have used ham, but cooked breakfast sausage or chorizo would be delicious too.  This is also easily doubled, just use a 9 x 13 pan instead of the 8 x 8.
