I made these for a holiday party I was catering.  They were an accompaniment to my friend Kris’ incredible cheese board.  They were so well received I had to share the recipe with the guests.  I didn’t expect them to stand out quite so much, but they really are special with cocktails or cold champagne.  Also, you can make them in advance!
