As the recipe title states, this is a sandwich that feeds four people, possibly six if you’re serving hearty sides. I like to make these at the lake, I can construct the sandwich in the morning, store it in the fridge, and then when we come in from boat time, I just warm up the sandwich, slice and serve. It would also be great for a picnic- it tastes great at room temperature too. Using a large loaf of ciabatta makes for a fun presentation, but if you don’t have access to one, individual rolls are great. I do recommend marinating the chicken overnight, so plan ahead when you can.
