Cranberry and Toasted Walnut Muffins

These aren’t your typical cranberry muffins.  Instead of having the whole berries mixed into the batter, the cranberries are instead pulsed with sugar and walnuts in a food processor and stirred into the batter, creating muffins with great texture and mellowed cranberry tartness.  Yet another reason to buy cranberries in bulk and freeze them to use all year!
