Cherry Tomato and Arugula Pasta

Summertime pasta salad with the peppery pop of arugula?  Yes please! This is another dish that does well if it gets to sit for a bit.  The pasta will absorb the flavors of the tomatoes and vinegar, and the arugula doesn’t get soggy.  Serve it alone or alongside grilled steaks, chicken, pork, sausages or fish.
