Tuscan Sausage and Kale Soup

Simple preparation and easy to find ingredients are just part of the magic of this soup.  It’s comforting and delicious, especially in the fall-spring months.  I keep it in the rotation and make extra to share each time.  A crisp salad and crusty bread round out the perfect meal.
