Pork and Green Chile Empanadas

Here is a family favorite.  My oldest daughter is always requesting these.  I usually make two batches at a time and freeze the second batch for the days you want to throw something in the oven, make a salad, and have dinner made in a snap.  I like to serve these with roasted sweet potatoes and a green salad.
