Creamy Lemon Pasta

This dish tastes light, fresh, and it comes together quickly.  I serve it with a green salad and crusty bread, or as a side to grilled Tuscan chicken.  A little crushed red pepper and shredded Parmigiano- Reggiano make it irresistible.
