When grilling chicken you can often end up with flavorless and dry meat. I love marinating chicken the day before I’m going to grill. I have several I use, and this is one of them. Use it for fajitas, salads, tacos, maybe throw in a little soy sauce and fresh ginger to use in Asian dishes.
