White Bean Dip

I’m not a fan of most dips, as so many of them have cold sour cream or mayonnaise-things I just can’t learn to like- but I love dips that use beans or peas.  This one is particularly good with pita chips, carrot sticks, naan and bell peppers.  It comes together quickly, making it an easy appetizer on the fly.
