Peanut Butter Granola Bars with Chocolate and Cherries

Homemade granola bars are great to have around.  I bake these, then individually wrap them in plastic and freeze them in an airtight container.  This way, I can grab them when we need handy, protein-packed snacks on the go.  When making them, I use Jif Natural Crunchy peanut butter- many natural peanut butters will be too oily.  If you’re not a fan of dried cherries, these are great with dried cranberries as well.
