Baked Penne with Sausage and Four Cheeses

Comfort food for sure! Make this when serving a crowd, delivering food to a friend, or just to get heaps of praise on an otherwise boring Sunday night.  The cheeses melt into a sea of pasta with soft tomatoes and savory sausage.  The recipe can be made a day ahead and baked just before serving. For extra pep, use a spicy Italian sausage.
