Southwest Vinaigrette

I’m a little bit predictable with some things, such as when I go to my local Coolgreens I place the same order every time.  A Southwest Spicy wrap, no avocado.  I love their salad with the southwest vinaigrette.  This is my best imitation of it.  I use this on side salads with dinner, and in my Southwest Chicken Cobb Salad.
