Potato Gratin

Potatoes, cream and cheese, this would be my holy trinity if it weren’t for tomatoes, garlic and bread. This version of scalloped potatoes is a classic, full of tender layers of milk-braised potatoes, rich cream, and of course melted cheese…you’ll think you’ve died and gone to heaven. These can also be prepped ahead of time and baked before serving, so they’re great for entertaining.
