Lemon Vinaigrette

This vinaigrette is a staple in my kitchen.  I always have lemons on hand, so it takes only a minute to throw it together.  It’s featured in my Chicken Milanese recipe and makes frequent appearances on my table.  This dressing has so much flavor that it can make even a bowl of simple greens interesting or try drizzling it on grilled salmon.  It’s especially good on peppery baby arugula with parmesan and tomatoes.
