Whole Wheat Banana Muffins

I really can’t tell you how much I like these, and I tell myself they’re “healthy” because they have whole grains and yogurt…Surely, that means eating three at a time is a healthy choice!  Adding ¾ cup chopped walnuts couldn’t hurt if that appeals to you.  You can freeze them in an airtight container, and then pull one out to heat up for breakfast on the run, or an afternoon snack.
