Chicken Milanese
One of my favorite local restaurants here in Oklahoma City, The Metro, has had this on their menu for ages. It’s a classic dish that always makes me happy when I’m there. This is my version of it. It’s become one of the meals that I crave, and when I serve it to friends or family, there are not leftovers.
